Overall, the location and beach access were great, and the property has a lot of potential, but the stay fell short of expectations because of repeated miscommunication plus some maintenance and comfort issues.We had confusion around check-in. I called to ask about early check-in, was told yes, and was sent a code for noon. Later, I got another message saying early check-in was not allowed and was given a different code that did not work.The Wi-Fi also did not work for the first day and a half, and we had to rely on phone hotspots. When someone finally came out, the issue was simply that we had been given the wrong Wi-Fi information.The home looked decent on the surface and you can tell some updates have been made, but it still needs a little more attention. The front door handle came off, the blender did not work, several dishes and coffee mugs were dirty when we arrived, and the dishwasher did not seem to be cleaning well. We also found glass and nails in the sand by the steps to the house, which should definitely be addressed.The beds and pillows were also a downside. The master bed was uncomfortable and sank in the middle, and most of the other beds were not much better.To be fair, 360 Blue did respond quickly in all situations. The pool heat was miscommunicated before arrival, but they refunded it promptly, and we ended up being fine without it. Also, I suggest renting a beach golf cart for the week. It was worth it since beach access is down the street
