Enjoy incredible views from every room or any one of your three balconies. The house is conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and shops - next door to Toucans opening Summer 2026. Interior features: Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, elevator servicing all floors, DIRECTV, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill, and more. 1st Floor: pool, parking, entry. 2nd Floor: Living room, kitchen, half bath, dining room and a king suite. 3rd Floor: 3BR/3.5BA (2 king suites, 1 bedroom with 4 full beds, 2nd living area with half bath). 4th Floor: 4BR/4BA (3 King suites, 1 bedroom with 4 full beds). Pool heat is included. Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season.
