You don’t get any closer to the water than this! Pelican Crossing at Sunrise Sunset is a spacious end-unit, gulf front townhome located just past the rock wall on Cape San Blas. It is directly on the beautiful white sand beaches and just steps (and only a few) from the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay from every room in the home. Being just across the street from St Joseph Bay, it is within walking distance to a public kayak ramp which opens up into the head of the Bay. There is a bike path across the street that extends the length of the peninsula.

By the way, the unit is perfectly named because one can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The kitchen is stocked with all essentials needed. A 50” SMART HD TV is featured in the main living area!

Floor Plan: Ground level - covered paved parking and seating to enjoy the views. 1st level – gulf front living room with 50” TV, DVD, books and a furnished screened porch; dining area, kitchen with bay views, half bath and washer/dryer. 2nd level – full bath with shower/tub combo; Bedroom 1 – queen bed, TV, gulf view and a private balcony with a bay view; Bedroom 2 – 2 twin beds, TV with built in DVD player and gulf view; Bedroom 3 – gulf front master suite with king bed, TV, open deck with master bath shower/tub combo.

The townhouse was beautifully renovated. Pics on listing are not current. It was very clean. There were some small problems with check in and some of the descriptions. We were never sent our door code to check in, so we went by the office they give us a code went back to the unit it didn’t work. Called the us got an answering service, so we went back to the office to tell them we couldn’t get in. Finally got in. We were called the morning we were due to arrive telling us that the cable would be hooked up the next day but we had internet and could watch Netflix. Not a problem we would only be in there at night, so little tv would really be watch. But they didn’t come the next day or at all during the week. And the Internet password didn’t work. The upstairs is really hot.
