The breakfast very good. Bedroom clean but bed not comfortable and the pillows very bad . Pillows are Very thin and small. Room needs to add and xtra blankets.
Super friendly front desk staff! Dudley was super welcoming upon check out. Fun vibe. Clean and breakfast was good. The woman in charge of breakfast was also super nice.
Let me start by saying each staff member we encountered was GREAT! From Seth providing a warm and friendly late night check in to the young ladies in environmental services-each staff member was pleasant. As far as the room it was decent with the exception of ants that had taken over the bathroom and room. This ruined our stay as I have a 7 month old who was sleeping in his pack and play and I was afraid the ants would bite him. This all happened during the week of Thanksgiving which cut our family trip short. HOWEVER, the manager Jessica, was AMAZING! She urgently responded to our issue with multiple solutions and was extremely accommodating to us. She was courteous and customer service oriented. She ensured she followed through with each promise that she made and was the only reason I would consider booking with Tru by Hilton again.

I can honestly say it was a good stay. The front desk workers all stood out the day and night shifts. Clean room except for 1 thing that the cleaners mislook. We found candy wrappers between the mattresses. Other than that very nice place to stay plus no carpets on the floor. Would stay here again
The room and hotel were modern and spotless, looks new. The staff was very courteous. We arrive early, room was ready and we were able to check-in right away. Would definitely recommend for any length of stay.

Front desk staff were pleasant, courteous. Not so the somewhat surly staff assigned to clean the rooms upstairs. Question: Who is forcing this crew to work?
