• No smoking or illegal activity on the property
• No parties or events (per Town of Port Royal ordinance)
• Only the approved number of guests may stay overnight
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Check-out is prior to 10:00 AM on the day of departure
