Tried to check in early, they gave me a dirty room, had to move my stuff again. They did comp me the first night for that. The two double doors to enter are designed for maximum inconvenience while carrying luggage or anything in and out, no automatic doors. The elevators were not working for two days. No one cared to tell anyone. Oh, There were roaches. Every night they came out in the bathroom and kitchen area, one crawling the ceiling above my bed at night. I bought raid and sprayed twice in two days because they were crawling around. It’s pretty new, fairly clean but barely, they use the hotel air scent that smells like male perfume, very strong. Costs you $10 for clean towels! No cleaning service except every 14 days. Trash bin is at front of property no one tells you where, Don’t dare leave food in trash in your room as it attracts the roaches. Nice little gym and laundry room. Staff were very kind. Yet. Roaches. I personally would not stay again.

Only complaint was the room wasn't ready when we arrived a half hour past our check in time and had to wait in the lobby about half an hour to check in. Other then that it was very clean and comfortable.

Property was clean and quiet. Given it was a race weekend, room availability worked out perfect for me, and property wasn’t too far from the speedway. But still in a very convenient location for dining, shopping, and traveling. It was also quiet and tucked away from traffic. Staff was friendly and inviting. Definitely a go-to spot for my Daytona trips!

A Lot More to Say, Not Enough Characters

Check in time was 3 - we tried to check in at 5 and were told NO rooms were ready yet. There were other guests waiting in the lobby who said they had already waited 2 hours. The desk clerk couldn’t give us an ETA for when the room would be ready and kept insinuating that maybe we should cancel (I wish we had), but we had already paid in full and there was nothing in the area for a reasonable price. We asked that they call us when the room was ready and left to eat since it was starting to get late and we had no idea how long we would be waiting (which meant the kitchen we paid for went unused). When we returned from dinner, there were more guests waiting around. One group was being told they would have rooms in 15 minutes (they did not) and there was an issue with another guest being checked out/locked out of his room early. We sat in the lobby for an additional half hour before deciding to cut our losses and cancel. As I got up to go to the counter, the desk clerk suddenly went, “oh, I’m checking on you right now” and disappeared for 10 minutes before returning with a key. It took us over an hour and a half from when we arrived to when we were checked in. Later, my husband had issues with the elevator not going down when called. It would go down one floor then back to the top floor. He could hear laughing and thought it was kids playing with the buttons. When it finally came down, it was the janitorial staff. They were overriding the elevator to keep it on their floor

We were 3 people staying for 2 nights and there were only 2 towels and when ask for more towels we were told only 2 per room and any extras were 10.00 (are you kidding me ) The hallways had a distinct odor ( not a good one) and-the bed linens did not smell fresh .the cleaning staff were not very helpful either -front desk were polite but overwhelmed with check ins Definitely not enough help This was our second time using this hotel and will most likely be the last ( first time we had no issues and had enjoyed our stay)
