Port Orange is a quiet city between Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet, home mostly to full-time residents, with no hotels along its beachside area. Being on the mainland, this home is one of the closest properties to Daytona International Speedway, about an 8 to 10 minute drive away. The nearest beach access on Dunlawton Avenue is a quick 12 to 14 minute drive, and since it's a drive-on beach, you can drive right onto the sand and park without worrying about off-beach parking.

There's plenty to enjoy nearby. Port Orange is home to Boondocks, where you can dine casually on the river and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by, along with the Ponce Preserve and many other parks. A quick drive into Ponce Inlet brings even more dining options, like Racing's North Turn, Off The Hook, and Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar, along with attractions such as the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and the Marine Science Center.

This completely remodeled home lives up to its name, with elegant décor, finishes and furniture throughout. Step through the front door and into paradise! The modern living room offers a leather sectional, a reclining chair and a large mounted flat-screen TV. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the formal dining room seats 6 with additional bar stools so the whole group can dine together. The family room, located by the pool deck entrance, includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

The home has 3 comfortable, modern bedrooms. The elegantly decorated primary suite features a king bed, a mounted TV, an office space and an ensuite bathroom with a granite double vanity and walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have a queen bed, with a full bathroom between them featuring a tub/shower combo with an adjustable shower head, perfect for guests of all ages, even the tiniest travelers!

Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun! Inside the screened pool enclosure, the glistening pool is surrounded by a paved deck with lounge chairs and outdoor seating, and a covered lounge area lets you enjoy the outdoors come blazing sun or rain. When tummies start to growl, fire up the gas grill, complete with utensils, and dine poolside at the outdoor dining table.

As if your stay couldn't get any better, step outside the pool enclosure to a large paved space with a gas fire pit, a brick seating area and outdoor chairs. Ambient string lights overhead set the mood for relaxing evenings around the fire, whether you're making s'mores with the kids or sharing a glass of wine.

The pool can be heated year-round for an additional charge. Heating costs $100 for stays of 2 weeks or less, and the pool will be set to 82°F. If you'd like the pool heated and your stay is longer than 2 weeks, please reach out for pricing.

For guests with accessibility needs, the primary walk-in shower includes an adjustable, handheld shower head, a built-in bench and grab bars.

Please note that the primary closet is locked as an owner's closet, but there are additional spaces to store your belongings in the primary bedroom. There may also be exterior security cameras on-site.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

This home allows for 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, to be parked in the driveway. The garage and street are not available for guest parking. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
