This unique rental home INCLUDES A BOAT SLIP on the ICW and also boasts a GARDEN TUB in the primary and a fabulous TOWER DECK high above the back covered deck for cocktail hour or an evening cigar while overlooking the Fishing Center, Fisherman's Cut, the ICW and Bar Room Bay. Spread out in this spacious home with two parking areas for your trailer and up to four trucks! Right Across from the Fishing Center! WHAT A GEM in POC! WiFi, BBQ and BOAT SLIP, WOOHOO...ALSO This unit is pet friendly so $35/night per pet up to 2 pets max is the extra lodging for pets.

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries (shampoo), beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.
