Upstairs: Open plan living, dining all, 3 bedrooms, BBQ deck and sun deck with stairs down to the pool. Internal staircase to downstairs areas.
Downstairs: rumpus room and 4th bedroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer and 3rd shower and toilet. Side patio fully fenced.

We love dogs and pets. As a courtesy to the property owner kindly inform us about the type of pet breed and age. NOTE ¿ no cats please. We also the pet information for our statistics and to plan in the cleaning.
Please keep pets in tiled areas only, keep pets off lounges and beds and carpets. The back yard is fully fenced for your peace of mind.
