We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Port-Louis, this charming house air-conditioned with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 1,920 m² as well as a private terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A terrace of about 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

Common area:
- A swimming pool of about 8m x 4m (not heated) open all year round with fence.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,920 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Port-Louis, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Sightseeing: the beach of Port-Louis, the Pointe de la Grande Vigie, the lagoon of the Porte d'enfer, the town of Deshaies (a fishing village with a picturesque charm, Sainte-Anne (seaside resort)...
- Sports activities: various water sports within 5 km, hiking, diving, excursions...
- Cultural visits: the ACTe Memorial, the Guadeloupe National Park, the botanical garden of Deshaies...
- Gastronomic heritage: accras, Guadeloupe bananas, fierce avocado, colombo, smoked chicken...
- Events : The Guadeloupe Carnival, Karukera en Folie festival, crab festival, the Saint-Georges international music festival "La Harpe Magique" ....

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre airport located about 40 minutes away by car.
