This harmonious 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small, sought-after residence with unobstructed sea views. The entrance hall, with a closet, leads to the living room opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen area (pyrolytic oven, refrigerator, 2-burner vitro hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher). The living room benefits from a large balcony with a sea view. The apartment has two bedrooms opposite each other, with two single beds (90 cm) and one single bed (140 cm) in the bedroom with a sea view. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a toilet. All amenities are within walking distance, and there is private outdoor parking.
