As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.

However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary

HOUSE RULES
•This is a non-smoking property-no smoking inside or outside of the home.
•Do not flush any paper products down the toilet other than toilet paper.
•CAUTION: To avoid pipe clogs, only use garbage disposal VERY SPARINGLY.
•Please make sure vehicles are fully parked on the concrete parking pad to the front. No parking is permitted on grass, street or other areas.
•Trash dumpsters are located to the left of the community center. Birds open and scatter unattended trash placed outside the house.
•Remember to return the key to the lock box when departing.
