This quiet little beach town, with it's clean, family-friendly beach, fishing pier, and gorgeous clear views of the Channel Islands is a relaxing and convenient step off location for day trips to Santa Barbara, Ventura, Malibu, Santa Monica, Hollywood and the rest of the Los Angeles metro area.

Listen to the waves as you relax in this gorgeous Port Hueneme Condo. Newly renovated and beautifully decorated and fully furnished, this 2-bedroom, one bath condo comfortably sleeps 6. It is conveniently located only 100 yards from the lovely white sandy beach. Located on the third floor (comfortably accessed by adjacent elevator), enjoy peek-a-boo views of the pier from the nicely furnished deck. In addition to being fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, the condo also has an electric barbecue, beach mats, chairs, towels, sand toys and boogie boards. Complex has a large indoor pool, spa, game room and a fitness gym. * Although seldom needed anyway, please note that the unit does not have air conditioning. Air conditioning is not permitted by the city of Port Hueneme in any home adjacent to the beach.

There are numerous local activities to enjoy in the area. Enjoy a fresh seafood dinner at the Seafood Restaurant at the pier, visit the weekly Farmer's Market, bike or walk the nature trails, enjoy a lighthouse tour. Go whale watching or boating out of the harbor. Take a Channel Islands boat trip to explore the adjacent islands up close and personal. Camarillo Outlets are minutes away, as is downtown Ventura, with its abundant shopping, marina, boat rentals, restaurants, and night life. Visit the Carnegie Museum in downtown Oxnard, or the nearby Maritime Museum. Port Hueneme Naval base is 1/2 mile away. You can see the Navy ships coming into port. Local festival and concerts are abundant, including the Ventura County Fair and our own Port Hueneme Beach Fest!

We provide soap, softener, and bleach for the washing machine and liquid soap for the dishwasher. We also provide toilet paper and paper towels. We do not provide bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner. These items are personal use items and only you will want to use a new packaged item and not the next tenant. We take pride in providing a healthy and clean, sanitized environment for guests, and these complementary cleaning supplies are provided for routine maintenance so that you will have a supply to start off your vacation.
