The Space:

Experience an idyllic retreat in Port Douglas, following the enchanting rainforest boardwalk from Four Mile Beach to this luxurious tropical villa. Set across two levels, it strikes the perfect balance between privacy and connection, offering ample space to come together or seek quiet respite. Open and airy, the design invites refreshing tropical breezes, while central cooling ensures a consistently comfortable temperature throughout.



The heart of the home is downstairs, where two lounge areas create separate spaces—one with a modular lounge and TV perfect for movie nights, while the other is designed with comfortable seating for family games. Both open seamlessly to the pool deck through bi-fold doors, inviting you to start your mornings on sun loungers, taking refreshing dips in the private 12.5 metre infinity-edge pool. The stunning kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art Ilve appliances, Essa Stone bench tops, Italian Gessi taps, and timber cabinetry, inspires culinary creativity. Dine inside or head out to the backyard for an alfresco experience, fire up the BBQ and soak up the tropical serenity.



Zoned for ultimate seclusion, the villa features two separate pavilion-style bedroom wings, with the king-sized primary suite located downstairs. This spacious retreat includes a study area that flows into a luxurious ensuite, complete with internal and external showers and elegant timber robes. The front wing offers bedrooms two and three, each with a queen bed and a private ensuite, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. In the rear wing, bedrooms four and five are each furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a king upon request. Both open onto an expansive balcony and share a two-way bathroom with dual vanities and showers, plus a separate water closet.



A fifth bathroom can be found downstairs off the living area. In-unit laundry, garage parking for one car and an additional spot on the driveway add to your convenience.
