Traumhafte Lage

Das Beste ist die wunderschöne Lage mit Blick direkt aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nach den vielen Jahren der Nutzung sollten aber einige Dinge instand gesetzt werden, wie defekte Lichtschalter und Steckddosen. Auch sind verschlissene Gartenmöbel und Gerätschaften nicht mehr zeitgemäß und gehören ausgetauscht, ohne dass man erst als Gast darauf hinweisen muss. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bien situé

Appartement très bien situé, bonne literie, suffisamment spacieux. Malheureusement, simple vitrage et volets en plastique foncé. Donc même en laissant les volets fermés, la température dans l'appartement est supérieure à celle de dehors. Il faudrait un autre vitrage et une autre couleur de volet. Pas de maniques (gants de cuisine). Plusieurs chaises branlantes. Un robinet extérieur ou un robinet de cuisine permettant de brancher un tuyau d'arrosage serait agréable.

assez bien

le canapé est plus qu' usé... il est plus que temps de le changer.. les boiseries de la cuisine à changer car elles sont pourries(fenêtre et porte ) nous avons été envahi par les fourmis... dans les placards , évier,et même dans le frigo. A faire ces travaux au plus vite pour donner satisfaction car la maison est très bien située..

Apartamento Sarnella

El apartamiento es muy modesto. Los enchufes bailavan, la cisterna perdia agua y el ruido de la cisterna al cargar nos hizo tener que cerrar el agua de entrada. El televisor imposible sintonizar los canales. Algunos colchones eran colchonetas, muy incomodas. No habia sabanas para cama doble. Por lo demás todo bien. Solamente por la ubicación vale la pena y suple todo lo demás. Las vistas y el entorno de privilegio. Hay una Cala delante del apartamento que estubimos muchos dias solos. Un paraiso.

Una buena opción

Conociamos la casa por haber estado de vacaciones ya por la zona, y realmente la ubicación para nosotros es excelente: al lado del camino de ronda, con calas maravillosas solo caminando unos pocos minutos, sin ruidos, sin problemas de aparcamiento... ojalá podamos repetir el año que viene!

Bien situé mais confort sommaire

Maison au confort sommaire.Canapé très inconfortable et de façon générale l'ensemble des équipements est usé.Chaleur difficile à supporter à l'intérieur du logement. Situation calme malgré la route à proximité. Belle crique à 150m facilement accessible. Ce logement ne mérite pas une évaluation 3 étoiles mais reste intéressant par sa situation en pleine nature. Malgré tout,nous avons passé une semaine agréable.Très bon accueil par le personnel de l'agence Interhome.

Schöne Lage

Schöne Lage in direkter Nähe zu einer Badestelle, Sonnenseite. Auto empfohlen, da Einkauf nur in Selva oder Llanca möglich. Und ganz wichtig: etwas gegen Stechmücken mitnehmen. Keine Fliegengitter am Haus vorhanden und nachts ist reger Moskito-Flugbetrieb. Gasherd zündet nicht selber, Feuerzeug muss mitgebracht werden.

Bien agancé mais mal orienté. Pas de terrasse à l'ombre pendant la journée. Pas de terrasse ou jardin sans vis-à-vis. Bien équipé. Très proche de la plage. Quartier calme.
