Very helpfull staff and clean. I Would like if the mattress and pillows were firmer. Very soft no support wake up with sore back. Wish shower had better water pressure and toilets were taller .

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great except for a dog got away from its owner and ran into breakfast area. The only complaint was there were a lot of people with dogs, and there was one dog that was barking in the room every time we were walking in the hall. I mentioned it to staff and they said they were trying to handle the situation.

Room and hotel lobby were clean. There weren't many amenities, but I didn't need any as I was just staying for the night, leaving early in the morning. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Since I left the hotel at 5:00 am, it was too early for breakfast, but the lady at the desk put together a lunch bag for me with a peanut butter and jelly bagel, fruit, and water.

Hotel room T.V. remote was difficult to operate to obtain free stations. Also, handicap room had no explanation on small platform found laying on floor of bathroom. Otherwise, room was very clean and spacious with no less than ten plus grab bars located in bathroom bathtub. Room window overlooked great lake view. Also, morning breakfast room was large and spacious.

Pleasant best describes our experience with you. The ladies at the front desk were not only helpful - they were so nice my wife and I spent a lot of time talking and laughing.
