Policies:
-3 Month minimum stay January-thru March (84 days), 28 day minimum stay balance of the year. A 10% discount will be offered for anyone who stays for 4 months are longer.

- We have a no smoking policy on the premises.
- No pets are allowed on the premises
- Max of no more than 6 persons permitted to stay on the premises.
