The home comfortably accommodates guests with one king bed, one queen bed, and two single beds. With two full bathrooms, getting ready for the day is easy and convenient. Central air conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable, while plenty of closet and storage space allows you to unpack and truly settle in during your stay.
The well-equipped kitchen includes plenty of cookware, dishes, and kitchen essentials, making it easy to prepare meals and gather around the table with family and friends.
Relax & Enjoy the Outdoors
Step outside to enjoy the Florida sunshine in the private pool and screened-in lanai. Take a refreshing swim, relax poolside, or enjoy an outdoor meal prepared on the grill. Pool accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.
Inside, unwind with your favorite shows on one of the four TVs or use the home as your comfortable base while exploring everything the Port Charlotte area has to offer.
Beach & Recreation Amenities
We’ve provided a few extras to help you make the most of your Florida vacation. A sand scoop and sand sifter are available for beachcombing and searching for seashells and shark teeth. Please rinse them after use and return them to their designated location for the next guest.
Some beach towels and some life preservers are also provided. If you use the beach towels, please wash and dry them and return them to the rack before checkout.
For golf enthusiasts, golf clubs are available in the garage for your use at one of the many nearby golf courses.
Convenient Location
The home is conveniently located approximately ½ mile from Twisted Fork, a popular spot for dining and live music, as well as Charlotte Sports Park, home of the Charlotte Stone Crabs and a venue for Tampa Bay Rays spring training.
The Charlotte County Fairgrounds are approximately 0.8 miles away and host a variety of events throughout the year.
You’ll also find a variety of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and family-friendly activities nearby. The area offers something for everyone, including an indoor/outdoor children's park and arcade, golf simulator and lounge, and numerous other recreational activities.
Explore the Gulf Coast
Several beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are approximately 30 minutes away, each offering its own unique atmosphere and attractions. Spend the day relaxing in the sun, exploring the coastline, searching for shells and shark teeth, or enjoying a beautiful Florida sunset.

For your convenience, cleaning supplies are available under the sinks, in the laundry room, and in the garage.
We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own, helping us keep it comfortable and enjoyable for future guests. No cigarettes, e cigarettes or vaping is allowed. To help keep the property looking its best, our lawn and pool maintenance teams may stop by during your stay. We kindly ask that guests give them space to safely do their work. Please don’t be surprised if you see them on the property—they are there to help keep everything clean, safe, and well-maintained.
