You’ll love the peaceful neighborhood where you can take a relaxing stroll or a short drive to gorgeous parks and beaches (Beautiful Boca Grande/ Gasparilla island 15 min., Englewood Beach 15 min. drive, Don Pedro and Myakka State Parks both a 15 min.) as well as bars, restaurants and golf courses.
