The space
This single level home offers a comfortable layout designed for gathering & downtime. The living room opens into the dining area, with large glass doors framing the lake and bringing in natural light throughout the day. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected if needed, while air conditioning, heating & a ceiling fan help keep the indoor environment comfortable.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and shared spaces. Sleeping options include three queen beds, two twin bunk beds, and a sleeper in the living room, giving flexibility for families and groups traveling together. Bed linens, clothing storage, and essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer for longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table nearby for shared meals or casual gatherings. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee or winding down with dinner, the space supports easy, relaxed routines.

Outdoor living
Step into a private backyard that opens to the lake, where you can enjoy fresh air and quiet surroundings. The patio offers a place to sit with a morning drink or unwind in the evening. A BBQ grill and beach essentials add to the outdoor experience, while the waterfront setting and lake access invite you to spend time near the water.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a Pack ’n Play/Travel crib and board games available. The fenced-in yard adds an extra layer of convenience for families and pets, and the home is pet-friendly.

Amenities
Guests have access to Wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and an Ethernet connection. Bathroom essentials and hot water are provided, along with an iron, hangers, and other everyday conveniences. Free parking on premises and a private entrance make arrivals and departures simple.

Set in a peaceful residential area of Port Charlotte, the home offers a balance of quiet surroundings and access to nearby attractions. Local dining spots, parks, and waterfront areas are just a short drive away, along with beach destinations along the Gulf Coast. Whether you’re exploring the area or enjoying a slower pace by the lake, the location makes it easy to do both.
Quick House Rules
Check-in inspection: Let us know of any issues within 2 hours of arrival.
No smoking inside: $500 fee for violations.
Maximum of 2pets allowed with total of 40pounds and with an extra charge of $50 per pet per day
Registered guests only: No unregistered visitors ($50 per person fee).
No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, please respect neighbors.
Damages or missing items: Guests responsible for costs.
No underage drinking.
Keep it clean: No wet towels on beds, no shoes inside.
Check-in/out: Early or late check-out available with prior approval.
