Enjoy a relaxing getaway in Port Charlotte at our lovely private pool home, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Unwind beneath the beautiful, breezy gazebo—an inviting spot to relax and enjoy Florida’s outdoor living.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The bright living room includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space or a cozy place to unwind. Air conditioning, heating, and thoughtful amenities—including an iron and hair dryer—help you feel at home year-round.

The backyard is fully fenced for added privacy, and all doors leading to the pool area have safety alarms for extra peace of mind.

Bring your fishing gear and enjoy fishing from the seawall, where you can also tie up your boat. Explore the canal with our kayaks, equipped with rod holders and life jackets, including a child-sized vest.

Optional pool heating is available beginning in October 2026 for an additional $45 per day. Heating the water can take approximately two hours per degree of temperature increase, depending on weather conditions. If you would like the pool heated, please notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival so we can begin warming it in advance.

This house has been thoughtfully remodeled. The outside area was a favorite of ours. The pool was always clean and at a perfect temperature. The beds are a little hard but we weren't staying all that long. There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and coffee pods. The washer and dryer does not come with any detergent so make sure you get a small bottle at the store. The owner is great at communicating and responsive.

The property has been renovated and has luxurious bathrooms and a beautiful pool alongside the canal My sons loved fishing in the canal and also hanging out under the tiki hut by the pool. It was a very relaxing getaway.
