Clean room, welcoming staff, great air conditioning, covered parking, quiet room and lots of towels. Two excellent restaurants within 100 yards. Match all this with a room rate that can't be beat and I think you'll agree this property is unmatched in this area. Will definitely stay here again

Hotels needs to be cleaned

Room had black mold on the ceiling. Stains on the ceiling. Stains on the sheets. When asked to take care of things, I was brushed off. Won't stay there again.

If you are traveling with a pet(s) and going through Englewood Florida, this is the place to spend the night. We had a double queen bed room and it was more spacious than a lot of mini-suite rooms, and updated as well as clean. With two nice restaurants within 50 yards and a Dunkin down the road for an early coffee, this is once again truly the place to spend the night.
