We welcome you to our spacious pool home located in the golf community of Rotonda West. You will love the layout of this beautifully decorated home. It is only a 12 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Manasota key and Boca Grande! The master bedroom with a flat screen TV and king sized bed, has sliding doors to the patio, with the pool only a few steps away! The spacious master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. One guest bedroom has two twin beds and the other a queen. The den is bright and airy with a 42 inch screen TV and sliding doors to the patio. There are sliding pocket doors from the living room to the screened Patio which gives the illusion of the pool area being part of the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. The patio has a dining table with seating for six, four lounge chairs and grill. There are 4 bikes and a bike rack. Whether you are looking for a laid back relaxing stay sitting by your own private pool, love to walk along the quiet beach or choose from the many activities this vacation home has to offer, this is the place to escape from the pressures of everyday life. The pool is heated to 83 degrees during the winter months November to the end of March. If you want to use the electric pool heater at other times or to increase that temperature, there is a charge of $7 per day.
