Parking was not the safest looking at night with people walking around from the Cracker Barrel parking lot. Didn't feel the safest there. The room smelled of mold, and the card readers would work about 1 out of 8 times. Not the best, not the worst either. The shower was great, and the room was fine, except for the smell.

We was disappointed with our recent stay My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and had looked forward to a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of expectations We were assigned a handicap accessible room, which was very dark and not what we had booked. The shower had a loose piece on the wall that was about to fall off, and to make matters worse, we encountered a cockroach in the bathroom an unacceptable issue in any hotel. Additionally, the staff member who assisted us at the front desk that evening was rude and unhelpful, which added unnecessary stress to an already disappointing situation. We had specifically chosen a higher rated room, hoping for a more comfortable experience. We stay at the hotel two weeks ago but this time it was unpleasant
