The staff that we spoke to on the phone before we arrived was very rude and unprofessional. Christian? Did not get a last name. Was no help what so ever. The staff that we dealt with after arrival were very courteous and understanding of our needs. The lady that was taking care of the breakfast area was very efficient, kept the area very clean and well stocked.
