The Space:

Sandy Par is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in the quiet subdivision of Lafitte's Landing, with unobstructed views of the gulf. The partially covered, furnished deck has stunning views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. You can't imagine a lovelier place to start your day, or end it! When you are ready to hit the waves, you are just moments away from the beach, via the private golf cart/foot path.



The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, with stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island, wine fridge, and both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The kitchen/dining area opens up to a beautifully decorated living area, with a large television and seating for the family. The home also offers high speed internet for your devices, as well as an on-site washer and dryer.



With 2100 square feet, Sandy Par easily sleeps 12 comfortably. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and two on the main floor.

Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom, with a king bed, television, and an ensuite bathroom. This bath has both a walk-in shower, and large jetted soaking tub with double vanities. There is a private covered balcony off of the primary bedroom with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf. The other upstairs bedroom is oversized, with a queen bed and a full size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms three and four are on the main floor. Bedroom three sleeps four in two sets of twin XL bunk beds. Bedroom four features a queen bed and has a private entrance to the front deck.



Downstairs there is covered parking, a fish cleaning station, and a private outdoor shower for cleaning up after a day in the sun. You can cook up the day's catch (or some burgers) on the charcoal grill, and serve it at the built-in picnic table - there is seating and room for entertaining. You'll want to come back to Sandy Par for your beach vacations!



Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. Sorry, no cats. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
