I stayed at this property through VRBO, and while the home itself was beautiful and in a great location, the hospitality was extremely disappointing. For the amount of money we paid, I was shocked by how little thought was given to basic guest comfort.There were absolutely no bath towels, no hand towels, no sheets, and no pillowcases provided. There was also only one roll of toilet paper. I have never stayed anywhere that was so lacking in basic essentials. The customer care and hospitality aspect felt completely absent, and honestly, I would give that part a zero.The home was fairly clean overall, but it still needed attention. I had to clean out the refrigerator because there was a bug inside along with some caked-on residue. I also had to go over the floors after arriving because there was light dust. I understand that no place is ever absolutely perfect, but the attention to detail was clearly missing here.The home was beautifully furnished, which I appreciated, but even that was overshadowed by the inconvenience. There was a TV in each room, yet only the living room TV actually worked. There were no basic channels or meaningful entertainment options available in the other rooms.Overall, the property had potential and looked nice, but the lack of basic hospitality and preparation for guests really took me off guard. Unfortunately, what could have been a great stay was ruined by poor host attention to the essentials.
