The home was comfortable, the community quiet, and a great location for our birding activities. It was, for the most part, centrally located to birding locations up and down High Island. We enjoyed after dinner walks around the neighborhood, down to the beach, and early evening walks through the activity field yielded good bird activity.

We had a great stay at Eric’s property!! The house is perfect and in a great location- only about 4 blocks from the beach. Eric was a great host- easy check-in and check-out instructions. I messaged him with a question at 11pm one night, expecting a reply the next day and he responded instantly!We typically stay in Galveston, but it was the first time in Bolivar. We really loved it and plan to return!
