Great time by the beach

We have a large family and this beach house was very accommodating. Also, only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The host was easy to reach. Next time we plan to visit the Bolivar peninsula, we will book with Changes in Latitudes again.

Cousin reunion

Senior citizens with various medical conditions. This property was chosen specifically because of the lift. We were not aware we had to make a special request for use of the lift. After paying the additional fee, the lift did not work as needed so was of limited use.

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful family friendly place to stay. We lived the fenced in back yard for yhe kids. The beds were comfy. The water was hot. I wish the kitchen was a tad bit bigger but overall the stay was great! Owners were very responsive to questions and we were able to use the lift for my handicap dad. and

location was great, but pictures of property were not accurate, fence was broken the whole time even though property manager told us it would be fixed, piles of sand were under the carpet in the living room, beds were hard as a rock, overall the price was not worth it.

Obstructed "Unobstructed" View

We booked a multigenerational family trip for Crystal Beach Changes in Latitude 2nd row unobstructed view beach house back in Dec with final payment due in April. Upon our arrival June 1, we found a 2-story house well under construction blocking the "unobstructed" ocean view. We would have appreciated a heads-up notice with the option to stay or cancel. In short, the online description was inaccurate, and we felt somewhat duped and disappointed. Otherwise, the accommodations were as described.

Annual Family Beach trip - 2023

Great property for our large family of adult children and our grandkids. Beach access was an easy walk and there was a lot of parking for our vehicles including the golf cart that we rented. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The beach in that area was very clean. We all enjoyed our week!
