Ocean view stylish beach house with super comfortable beds. 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen over Queen bunk room with plush mattresses and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
The best thing about the lounge and kitchen is that you feel like you`re outside (but not). Triple aspect windows bring in loads of light and a fantastic ocean view. It`s called Breezyonthe I for a reason. Enjoy the ocean breeze and views on the deck. It has such a good feel and vibe with lots of natural textures. The king bedrooms feel spacious but cozy. We went all-out in all the mattresses (including queen-over-queen bunk beds.
Entire house except the smallest closet near laundry room.
We live in Crystal Beach and are native to the area so are always a phone call away.
The heart of Crystal Beach (The Zoo). The Big Store is 1.1 miles away. Dannay’s Doughnuts .6 miles away.
Hopefully you’ll be coming to Crystal Beach to enjoy beach life and not the internet. We have the highest level of high speed fiber optic service however it is notorious for having outages every now and then. Entergy has been upgrading the infrastructure recently but still has outages occasionally.
If you are used to setting your thermostat at 70 or below then this is not the house for you. The thermostat is set to not go lower than 70 degrees. This is not a money-saving tactic but to prevent mold. Leaving doors or windows open for any amount of time with a thermostat set below 70 is a recipe for mold. We are alerted if windows or door is left open for more than a couple of minutes. So, unless there`s an emergency , keep them shut or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Crystal Beach has an abundance of wildlife This includes snakes and skunks. Skunks kill snakes. It is highly likely you’ll see a skunk. Mind your dogs as they love to chase them. If your dog is sprayed tomato juice helps. (Lots of it). Wash your dog several times with tomato juice ,dog shampoo and hydrogen peroxide OUTSIDE! .. and leave your dog outside for at least 24 hours. The deck is gated. If you need help, I’m a phone call away.
