This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located near stores, bars, restaurants, and shopping. In the convenient Emerald Beach 2 neighborhood, you are just a quick walk or ride to the beach. Or you can choose to stay home on the furnished deck and listen to the waves while enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails!



You'll love the open concept living/kitchen/dining room - with roomy seating for relaxing with a movie after a day at the beach, and a separate dining table that's perfect for family meals or even game nights. The well-stocked kitchen has all the basics for preparing and serving your favorite foods and beverages, including a regular drip coffee pot. The conveniences of home also include a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.



With more than 1300 square feet, Beachside Birdhouse comfortably sleeps 10. There is a primary suite with a king bed, television, and ensuite bath. A second bedroom also features a king bed, and the bunk room is great for kids - with 2 twin over full bunks and their own TV!



Downstairs is a great shaded entertainment area, with spacious seating and a fenced yard. Barbecue on the charcoal grill, after rinsing off a day in the sun and sand with the outdoor shower.



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
