Bay Side Birdhouse is a beautiful home with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the quiet Gilchrist area, this home sleeps 4 comfortably. The furnished deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Bolivar Peninsula.



You will be wowed by the custom woodwork in the open living/dining/kitchen area. The windows provide a light bright atmosphere with beach views (even from the loft)! The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing and serving meals, or if you prefer you can utilize the charcoal grill downstairs and cook out for your friends. There is a dining table inside and a picnic table out on the deck - plenty of room for meals or card games.



The upstairs loft has a king bed with a full bathroom, and downstairs has another king bed with a full bathroom. This home is perfect for two couples or a small family, sleeping 4 with private spaces for everyone. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and high speed internet for your convenience. You will also love the downstairs hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off a day in the sand and surf.



Cargo lift is available for guest use for an additional fee. No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
