The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 75 m² house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located 300 m from the beach in Denneville. It includes a pretty 85 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 500 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV and fireplace
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.

Séjour à Portbail sur mer

L'équipement vaisselle était spartiate , le mobilier de jardin a du être nettoyé pour s'assoir et l' herbe du jardin sommairement débroussaillée. Difficile pour un petit de 4 ans de s'y amuser. Sinon, emplacement calme et à proximité de lieux de visites.

Ruhig gelegen

Das Haus ist trotz mehrerer Häuser in unmittelbarer Nähe im Winter ruhig gelegen und nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Leider hatten wir bereits zu Beginn eine defekte Heizung im Bad, welches jedoch durch einen netten Service durch die Bereitstellung eine tragbaren Heizung (Radiator) einen Tag später behoben wurde. Auch konnte der Trockner nicht verwendet werden, da dieser einen Stromausfall verursachte. Die Lichter - vor allem im Bad - flackerten ständig und im Bad fehlte am Schränkchen über dem Waschbecken ein Teil vom Spiegel (eine Tür fehlte). Das Bad könnte auf jeden Fall etwas modernisiert werden. Auch wäre WLAN ein sinnvolle Aufwertung. Trotzdem haben wir uns ganz wohl gefühlt.

Les PerceNeige "Ich habe generell keine Probleme mit einer einfachen und sauberen Unterkunft. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Ausstattung muß jedoch funktionieren. Weder Waschmaschine noch Trockner funktionierten, bei Reklamation wurde im nachhinein behauptet, wir hätten dem Vorschlag der Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner eines nahe gelegenen vermieteten anderen Ferienhauses zugestimmt, obwohl ich auf eine eigene Waschmaschine bestanden habe und nicht den Waschraum mit einer fremden Familie teilen wollte, die selbst noch in der Anreise waren; den Hausverwalter interessierte unsere Ablehnung nicht. Die Lieferung einer neuen Maschine wurde versprochen, auf Nachfrage erfolgten keine Antworten mehr. Es ist eklig und ungesund Schimmel in einer Waschmaschine (Spülfach) und in der Duschtür vorzufinden. Naheliegend erschien, dass die Waschmaschine und der Trockner schon länger defekt waren (Waschmaschinentür am Scharnier ausgebrochen, undicht, angerostet und Trockner vom Netz ausgesteckt)"
