Emerald Valley Inn’s Appleton Pass suite is perfect for a family or two couples looking for a PNW getaway with two adjoining, private bedrooms each with queen-sized beds. The crescendo to the story is the inn's cozy property, complete with a small farm, surrounding views of the Olympic Mountains, a forest for exploring, and a short, 8-mile drive from Lake Crescent for the ultimate PNW experience. More about the beautiful property--- The Emerald Valley Inn is a delightful spot nestled in a beautifully serene setting, surrounded by pristine forests and meadows. We are conveniently located right off of Hwy 101, just 17 minutes west of Port Angeles at the foot of the Olympic National Park, and is positioned between Hurricane Ridge to the east (50 minutes) and Lake Crescent (10 minutes), Sol Duc Hot Springs (43 minutes), and the Hoh Rainforest (1 hour and 43 minutes) to the west. Coming to the Emerald Valley Inn allows for a quiet, unplugged getaway. All of the rooms are non-smoking with no phones or TVs (except in the Flapjack Camp Suite). Free Wi-Fi is offered but is sporadic, and mobile phone service is available for hot-spot internet access (check with your carrier). The Emerald Valley Inn’s lodging accommodations are next door to the iconic the Granny’s Cafe (reopening late February, 2019), serving up delicious breakfasts, hearty hamburgers, and fresh salads, as well as our renown soft-serve ice cream. 🥞🍔🥗🍦 Our four-legged and feathered residents include two bleating goats, a brood of chickens, a bevy of doves, and a few cuddly cats all of whom bring great delight to young and old alike. 🐐🐔🕊🐈 The back of the property borders a section of wooded DNR land for you to explore. You are also within driving distance to beautiful ocean beaches, like the Salt Creek Recreation Area (23 minutes), and a bounty of many hiking trails. 🌲🌊🏔 Just ask if you want any suggestions! At the Emerald Valley Inn, you're always welcome and are sure to be well-fed, well-loved, and make memories to last a lifetime!
