It comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open kitchen leading to the dining room and a living room.

Completely renovated in 2025 with quality materials, the villa offers beautiful features and carefully designed decor.

All modern comfort awaits you in this superb villa where everything has been designed for your comfort and well-being.

You will have access to a fully enclosed garden with a parking space equipped with a charging point for an electric vehicle (fast charging).



Upon entering the villa, you will discover a large living area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped open kitchen. Through a large bay window, you will directly access the terrace (40m²) where you can enjoy sunshine throughout the day.



Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this bright and modern villa offers you all the comfort to enjoy a stay with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the ocean and the centre, and tennis/padel courts.

Its ideal location allows you to move around on foot or by bicycle.

The villa is therefore composed of 3 washrooms + 1 bathroom with a bathtub as well as 2 toilets (toilet with a hand basin on the ground floor and toilet upstairs).



The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream.

The very cosy living room has a television and a connected speaker.

In the utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board & iron (Calor steam generator) and Rolser trolley for going to the market.



Many board games and a library will be at your disposal during the stay.

The shutters are electric, and the large gate is remote-controlled.

To improve your comfort, air conditioning or heating can be regulated by room or by area.
