Enjoy an ideal location just 150 m from the beach. Upon arrival, you can stroll along the coastal path. Your vehicle is parked inside the property, behind a secure closed gate. Access to your room is private and independent, located on the first floor. The house is brand new.



This room accommodates up to 3 guests (one queen-size bed 160 cm and one single bed 90 cm) and features a private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, and a dedicated workspace are included.



You also have access to the shared garden and the open terrace with an awning.



Breakfast is included (fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, pastries...), with a coffee machine and kettle available.

Paloma à la Mer is a 5-minute walk from the sea. Stroll along the wooden path between villas and ocean. Within 300 m: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, crêperie, restaurants, newsstand, grocery store, sailing school, and beach bar.



Pornichet is famous for its sea bathing since the 19th century. Its seaside villas, casino, and racetrack add to its charm. The nearby Bay of La Baule invites exploration.



You will enjoy the quiet coastal neighborhood and the stunning sunsets over the sea.



Practical information: one-way street when arriving via the coast. Non-smoking accommodation, meals not allowed in the room, fixed breakfast hours. Events are not permitted. Please note there is a camera at the entrance to the property.
