This studio on the first floor overlooking a wooded garden will offer you a natural and very quiet atmosphere, in an authentic family setting. Close to all amenities on foot. Beach 3 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes away, port 10 minutes away... Enough to discover the charming seaside resort of Pornic, its walks along the coastal path, its lively port. It is a privileged and exceptional address! Its assets are not an architecture and a WOW! decoration, but a remarkable location and calm, in a very serene and secure environment. You will share the rhythm of life of the owner, a teaching artist, who is busy in his garden. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults, 5 if baby. L’hébergement le studio était très sympa propre, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un bon séjour.Très calme.L’hôte Philippe était très sympathique très facile de communiquer avec lui.
