This single-storey house, recently renovated and measuring 60m², is located just 650m from the beach and comprises a double bedroom (140 bed, new bedding 2025) and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed, thus accommodating up to 5 people.
The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. The dining room provides access to a 15m² terrace and a fenced garden without overlooking neighbours. (Outdoor furniture, parasol and barbecue available). A TV-WIFI lounge area, a shower room and an independent toilet complete the rental.
For maximum comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and hairdryer are also provided. The garage does not allow you to park your vehicle, but you can store and secure your bicycles.
