The accommodation offers a perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of the Jade Coast; 300m from Porteau Beach, the coastal path and approximately 1km on foot from the town of Sainte Marie.



This single-storey detached house of 40m² on a 300m² plot with a small unheated swimming pool from 1st June to 30th September (2m long and 80cm deep treated with chlorine) has a double bedroom with TV (140cm bed) accessible from outside or from inside the house, then a second through room serving as a lounge-TV room or bedroom with a double bed (140cm bed) and can thus accommodate up to 4 people.



The kitchen – living room is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home; ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. The bathroom with WC is a through room so it is accessible from each of the bedrooms. For maximum comfort, an external room with a washing machine and an additional WC are at your disposal.



On the garden side, this one is enclosed with your choice to relax; a wooden terrace of 20m² with table, chairs, barbecue and sun awning or else the second wooden terrace which gives access to the swimming pool with a small outdoor lounge and sun loungers for you to relax.

Reach the Marina from there, the path on the corniche leads you to the Bluebeard's Castle. Take a break on "the lèche wall" a reference to the many consumers of the famous "Ice Creams from La Fraiseraie". Further on, discover the impressive Tumulus des Mousseaux, a classified megalithic site. Be sure not to leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Mussels from Bouchots de La Plaine sur Mer and oysters from Bourgneuf bay, the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel", the equally good hot or cold "Le curé Nantais" as well as, in moderation, the local beers from "La Brigantine".
