This property far exceeded our expectations. Staff is wonderfully attentive and helpful. Rooms have incredible views and terraces. Rooms outstanding. Breakfast and all the many restaurants great. Easy to get to Lake Como (Menaggio) for a boat cruise or for a day of sightseeing in Lugano but so nice to come back to the peace and tranquility of this special place at a fraction of the price for a comparable property on hectic Lake Como. We had hotel organize our transportation and excursions in advance and didn’t get a rental car.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place is amazing! The huge room with beautiful views over the lake, the spotless bathroom with luxurious toiletries and plenty of towels and the wonderfully comfortable bed. Also, your breakfast was served every morning on your terrace which was the best way to start the day. Add to that the staff were all so polite but also kind, friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. We also used the private spa which was a treat and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, we loved it!!😃

I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough to give to this resort. If you are looking for a place where service is an art form, this is it. The staff at Aria Retreat & Spa made our honeymoon feel like home. Their warmth and genuine hospitality were unmatched—they even surprised us with thoughtful room touches and a parting gift. We were so touched that they prepared a travel meal for our early departure so we wouldn't go hungry. Coupled with their tranquil spa and pool, our stay was nothing short of magical. The staff went above and beyond to help us with all sorts of things to help us.

What a relaxing, wonderful stay. The team were so friendly and helpful. There are some lovely touches. One thing we missed was not having breakfast in a restaurant, here it’s lovely but room service each day. We will be back!
