Titahi Bay is a laid back coastal community known for its surf beach, friendly locals, and spectacular sunsets. You are right on the waterfront with direct access to the beach for swimming, surfing, fishing, or peaceful walks with your dog.

Food and coffee lovers will feel right at home. Freedom Foods is just across the road, famous for their real chocolate hot chocolate and fresh, handmade food. On Fridays and Saturdays they also offer fresh produce. Aloha Fridays next door fills the air with irresistible aromas, while Titahi Bay Cafe on Whitehouse Road and The Beer Engine across from it are local favourites for brunch and craft beers.

A short drive away is Pataka, home to a free museum, library, gallery, and the Arena Aquatic Centre with a fantastic waterslide for kids. Kaizen Cafe at Pataka is a great stop for coffee and lunch.

Scenic beach walks and bush tracks start nearby, including the track above the beach near the surf club that rewards you with sweeping sunset views across the water.

Please note we require a security deposit HOLD during your reservation. Once checked out, the hold automatically released unless damages accrued during your stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor areas for the duration of their stay. One bedroom is locked and used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. All other spaces are yours to enjoy, ensuring privacy, comfort, and a relaxing stay.

The home is ideal for guests who want space, comfort, and a true beachfront experience. Dogs are welcome and the beach is right outside for daily walks.

A bus stop is located directly outside the property, making public transport easy and convenient. Ride share services such as Uber are readily available in the area, along with local taxi services. If you are driving, Wellington city centre is approximately a 25 to 30 minute drive, offering quick access to the capital’s dining, shopping, and attractions.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

We require a $500 security deposit hold.

We do not permit smoking inside the property. If you do violate this policy, we will charge you $300 for the additional cleaning services required.

Only house-trained dogs are allowed. If your dog makes a mess or has an accident, additional cleaning will be charged.

There is a hose attached to the house to wash your furry loved ones with a dog towel on top of the washer and dryer
