Villa Parenzo I is set in the village of Kukci, only 2 km from the coast and popular Poreč, and is part of a complex consisting of 4 identical villas. This luxurious villa has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people who will surely enjoy every corner of it. In addition to the heated outdoor pool, you will also find an outdoor hot tub and plenty of space for socializing and relaxing.



The interior of the villa covers 350 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a stylishly decorated space for relaxing, cooking and dining. In the living room you will find a large corner sofa, ideal for lounging and watching movies in the evenings. In the extension of the room there is a dining table with 8 chairs and next to it a fully equipped kitchen with an island where cooking will be a real pleasure. Glass walls run the length of the room, letting in plenty of natural light and providing direct access to the outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding countryside.



Of the 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and 3 are on the 1st floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms. 3 rooms have double beds and access to the balcony. In 1 room, which can be used as a children's room, there are 2 beds for 1 person. The bathrooms are modern, spacious and equipped with a shower cabin.



In the courtyard of the villa you will find a beautifully decorated terrace with a 30 m² swimming pool, where you can take a dip during the summer heat, and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the warm rays of the Istrian sun. There is also an outdoor dining area on the terrace, as well as a bar area with a grill, ideal for socializing on warm summer evenings. There is also an additional area for sitting and socializing around a fire pit. Finally, on the roof of the villa there is a hot tub, sun loungers and a lounge area with a bar. Add to this a panoramic view of the countryside and you have the villa for your dream vacation.



If you want to explore the surroundings of the villa, you can do so on foot. The first café, restaurant and shop are just a few minutes away by walk, while the first beach is still a drive away. But don't worry, you won't be driving for long. After swimming, take the opportunity to visit Poreč and walk through its old town.
