The beautiful Villa Melanie is located in Poreč, just 2 km from the sea and the city center. It's located in a quiet location and offers a comfortable place for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room and kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom and a WC. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with balconies and two bathrooms with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen with an island and dinning area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. From the living room, you exit onto a roofed terrace with a view of the pool. On the other side of the pool, there is another terrace with a grill and dining table. The pool and two covered terraces certainly make this place ideal for outdoor relaxation, especially if you enjoy meals in the fresh air or lounging by the pool. Private parking is at your disposal. Baby cot is also available. Group of young people are not welcome.
