Villa Stefany was built in 2021 and is located in Montižana, only 10 km from Poreč and the beach. It is 3 km to the nearest shop and restaurant, and there are several wineries and bicycle paths nearby. On the completely fenced and well-kept garden, guests have at their disposal a 32m2 swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating, a brick barbecue and 2 parking spaces.
Villa Stefany for 4-6 persons with a total area of ​​160 m2 is spread over two floors and consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, a fireplace and a couch with the possibility of a bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a separate toilet, all on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower/toilet and access to a common balcony with a beautiful view of the olive grove and the sea in the distance.
