Residence Birikina is located in the village of Nova Vas, about 5 km from Porec old town. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 minutes and the famous restaurant-pizzeria Birikina is directly opposite. Thanks to the facilities, it is an ideal place for family holidays in Porec. All apartments were completely new and modern in 2016. The house has a total of 5 apartments with a shared 600m2 plot where the guests have an open 45m2 pool with sun loungers and parasols, outdoor furniture for outdoor dining, well kept garden and several shared parking spaces.
Apartment B4 / 3 for 4-6 persons with a total living space of 60 m2 consists of a spacious fully air-conditioned living room with fully equipped kitchen and exit to the terrace with pool view, dining table and sofa bed for two persons, two bedrooms with double beds and bathroom with shower / WC.
