A shower room with WC is also located on this level. Accessed via a spiral staircase, the first upper floor features 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a satellite TV. A second spiral staircase leads to the second upper floor, where a further bedroom offers a larger French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower room with WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.
