The living space extends over three floors and is air conditioned by a multi-zone air conditioning system. The original Croatian style with thick stone walls up to half a meter creates an enormous feel-good climate. From the balcony you can see the sea and in the evening you can enjoy the starry sky on the couch.
On the ground floor is the terrace with the large stone table and the barbecue area with open fireplace. Next is the private pool, which is cleaned and maintained regularly. Sunbeds and loungers in the sun and in the shade are available. Parking is right in front of the house.

The location of the house is very quiet although it is close to the village center. Neighborhood mainly consists of the older Croatian generation and is very nice and helpful. No mass tourism, no animation, no commerce, no distraction, only Croatia. Simple, honest country life. Optimal to relax, to sleep through, to come to rest and to get back to the most important thing, to remember the FAMILY, FRIENDS.

The geographical central location is fast in Porec, by the sea, on various excursions inland.
