Villa is comfortable and fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 people who want to spend a vacation near the sea but in a quiet location. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The beautiful green garden with olives and pool where you can relax and enjoy the greenery, surrounds this beautiful house. The garden is completely enclosed. There is an outdoor dining area with barbecue on the covered terrace. Villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and offers everything for a pleasant vacation. Important information: Youth groups are not allowed! Villa Rosa with pool is situated in a small Istrian village Nova Vas, 5 km from the centre of Porec and 5 km from the beautiful beach Lanterna.
