Welcome to this semi-detached house where up to 7 people can spend an unforgettable vacation together. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, an additional sleeping place is located in the living room. The rooms extend over the first floor and the 1st floor and are connected by a staircase. The kitchen and the dining and living room are one large open space. The whole house is air conditioned with an energy efficient system of heat pumps and pool heating.

Enjoy a fantastic view of the sea on the 1st floor terrace. Have your morning coffee here or drink a glass of wine on balmy evenings. In the garden there is a terrace with a barbecue. Make yourself comfortable on comfortable sun loungers and refresh yourself in the pool.
