Very disappointed, we booked 2 rooms rooms 4 nights in October 25 ,all fully paid for..when we arrived June 25 th 2026 our booking wasn’t showing. We came all the way from Australia to spend time with family. We ended up getting the first 2 nights at the hotel the other 2 nights they were overbooked so they had to find us accommodation in another hotel , we weren’t happy as we had plans for the 4 days , instead we had to check out and recheck in another accommodation in the night, very inconvenient it ruined our plans.

The weekend staff was not to par with the staff that works weekdays, they were slow, not nice or up to par. The included breakfast was not up to par they were out of most of the baked goods, and oranges for the juice, fewer choices than usual, and the worst cappuccino i’ve ever had in Italy. The girl taking care of breakfast seemed really not to care too much.
